Course Description

Develop an understanding of visual communication through the study and application of the elements and principles of design with an introduction to color theory and systems, and their application.  Students will gain proficiency in creating two-dimensional compositions with an emphasis on various hands-on media.  Studio sessions include extended interaction with various 2-D media, group and individual critique, demonstrations, and lecture.
